Hip Hop Music Playlists

Ah one of my most favorite genres. Probably because so many people don't like it :) But they are all fools. Hip Hop is one of the most creative and progressive musical genres of our time.

I was having a conversation about one of my favorite MCs the other day: MF Doom. At first when you listen to him you don't notice the genius. You kind of get absorbed in the beat and music. You start slightly picking up on the lyrics. But then at some point you start to really pay attention and your subconscious takes over. The only way to process the imagery and genius of his lyrics is get into this zen like state. There aren't that many genres of music that require your brain to work on multiple levels when you are simply listening to music.
