Crystal Antlers. I'm pretty
sure the band started in some
garage in Westminster, CA. Or
at least one of the members is
from the town with the best
pho this side of the Pacific
Ocean.

They now officially call
themselves a Long Beach band.
It helps to make sure your on
the other side of the Orange
Curtain. Otherwise you might
get mixed up with bands like
Slightly Stoopid and inflict
the subsequent damage by
association. I could care less
where your band is from. It's
the music dummy. That's all
that matters.

I always thought these guys
were trying to be the "New
Doors". And I kind of dug
that. However, in the early
years I noticed that their
songs were very similar
sounding. They were very wild,
clashing and busy songs. Which
made them hard to
differentiate. I kind of
thought this might keep them
from progressing - but
obviously I have been proved
wrong. This band has gotten
quite far over the past few
years.
