Formed in 1991, Rage Against
The Machine is an American
rock band with members: Zack
dela Rocha (vocalist), Tim
Commerford (bassist and
backing vocalist), Tom Morello
(guitarist) and Brad Wilk
(drummer).

They released their
self-titled debut album in
1992, the follow-up record
Evil Empire, wasn't released
until 1996 and their third
album, The Battle of Los
Angeles in 1999.

RATM ranked #33 on VH1's 100
Greatest Artists of Hard Rock.
