David Ryan Adams is an
American alt-country/rock
singer-songwriter. He was born
on November 5, 1974 in
Jacksonville, North Carolina,
United States. Originally part
of the group Whiskeytown, Ryan
Adams leave the band to
practice a solo career. A
resident for a very long time
of New York City, Adams is
maybe best known for his song
"New York, New York" off his
seriously approve second album
Gold. He has released five
more solo albums and five
albums with the support the of
the band "The Cardinals".
Adams also produced albums by
Jesse Malin and Willie Nelson
and back up to the albums of
several artists including
America, Minnie Driver, Cowboy
Junkies, Leona Naess, Toots &
the Maytals, Beth Orton and
Krista Polvere, Counting
Crows, Norah Jones. In 2002,
he came on CMT Crossroads with
friend Elton John.
In 2009, Adams leave the band
"The Cardinals" and annuncaite
that he was taking a break
from music.Afterwards, a
while later, Adams started his
own record label PAX AM and
began releasing already the
unreleased albums.
Adams has authored two books
of short stories and poems
which entitled "Infinity
Blues" and "Hello Sunshine".
In March 10, 2009, Adams
married singer and actress
Mandy Moore in Savannah,
Georgia.
