Watch Your Caloric Intake

This is the ironic thing about eating McDonalds for every meal: You know exactly how many calories you are consuming. They provide a chart (and there are phone apps that tell you this info too) that list the calorie amount for every item on the menu! Most restaurants don’t have that data available so you have no idea how many calories you are consuming per meal.

I set my target amount to 1800 calories a day. That seemed to work pretty well for me. I didn’t really exercise that much either. I would say that I do walk more than most people though. Like I will walk to the store instead of drive or I’ll go for a walk just for the hell of it.

Exercise!

Exercise is one thing Spurlock didn’t do in Supersize Me. He just ate 5,000 calories a day. So of course he was going to gain a ton of weight and ruin his body.

You should be exercising daily anyway. It helps relieve stress, it’s good for your body and it helps you shit. We were designed to roam around earth, chuckin spears and running away from predatory cats.

Time Management Is Key

You need to make sure you provide time to exercise every day. That is the number 1 rule when it comes to dieting and nutrition. Most people have terrible time management skills, and therefore never get around to exercising. Chazz explains this in his movie.

Watch Out For After Exercise Eating

You’re body will trick you after you exercise. You’ll notice that after any form of exertion, you tend to consume more food without realizing it. That’s your body trying to accommodate for a big loss in energy. Beware of this. And count those calories!

    If you watch the documentary Fat Head, he goes through a similar process with eating at McDonalds and losing weight to debunk Spurlock’s documentary. If you make smart choices at McDonalds and are actually doing something besides sitting around, you will lose weight. Great post.
